[WheelWatcher] Server Improvements

Hi,

We've been migrating over the last few weeks to a new server, including 
a new email system and an email list archiver and searcher.

Our email list archives (WW 
<http://list.nubotics.com/pipermail/wheelwatcher/> or WC132 
<http://list.nubotics.com/pipermail/wheelcommander/>) are now 
searchable.  And, we have a new search page 
<http://www.nubotics.com/search.html> for our website too.  Links to 
these are currently only posted in the news section of the main page at 
http://www.nubotics.com/index2.html.
