Curt,

Since you got the correct servo control pulses with LEFT_CLK_ON_TIMER_1 
commented out, use that setting.

Did you see my previous email?  I asked some questions regarding what 
kind of board you are using and what connections, if any, are made to 
the Bx and Cx ports.
