Pete, Yes I have already checked the servos with a different controller and they work fine. I have re-checked the voltages on servos. If I change over to the PIC18 and use the internal oscillator what changes to timers would be needed if I am using the internal 8mhz oscillator? I beleive the pinout on the 18F4520 is the same so it should be a drop in replacement. Curt
