Curt,

Well, if you have the correct timing on the servo control pulses, they 
should turn.  If they don't, I can't see how it could be a problem with 
my example code.  Double check the voltage across the supply lines to 
the servos.  Do you have any other mechanism to test the servos to make 
sure they're ok?   A BasicStamp, a servo tester, etc.?
