[WheelWatcher] New Version of CCS C Example
At the request of one user, we've rewritten the CCS C advanced position
and velocity control example. It now makes more stable position moves,
and controls velocity pretty well. The code is also more readable
(though compiles larger).

This differential drive motion controller includes code similar to the
above example, and a whole lot more. A simple RS232 or I2C command set
lets you set-and-forget the motion parameters for your robot while your
main code handles sensors and behaviors.
