Hank,We sent you a replacement unit on Friday -- no charge. The microcontroller appeared to be malfunctioning; the circuit board itself was fine, and even after reflashing the micro and resetting all parameters the problem persisted.
The replacement has default parameters set, so you'll need to make your specific changes, such as lower baud rate, motor type, etc.
